The fiber for people whose stomachs hate fiber.
Requla Daily Fiber is a gentle daily fiber system: two named fibers, every dose stated on the label, third-party tested. No grit or sludge. Built for people who quit fiber over how it felt.

The problem
Quit fiber before? That wasn’t a willpower problem.
It’s not you. It’s the fiber type.
Almost every fiber supplement on the shelf is built on the same ingredient: psyllium husk. Psyllium works — but it forms a thick gel, and for a lot of people it brings bloating, gas, and a texture you have to choke down. So you stop taking it. And then you're back where most adults are: about 16-17 g of fiber a day against a daily value of 28 g.*Here’s what the supplement aisle doesn’t tell you: fibers are not all the same. Some ferment fast and harsh. Some form heavy gels. And some, the ones we chose, dissolve completely clear and have a long research record of being well tolerated by sensitive stomachs.
The product
Two fibers. Chosen for gentleness. Stated in full.
Requla Daily Fiber is two plant fibers. Each one named, each one dosed on the label. Both dissolve completely in water, coffee, or any drink. No grit or gel. No flavor. Together, they support regularity and digestive comfort.*
fiber 01 — from the guar plant
Partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG)
A soluble and non-gelling fiber — dissolves completely clear and supports digestive comfort without forming a heavy gel like psyllium.*
fiber 02 — from the acacia tree
Acacia fiber
A soluble fiber that dissolves completely clear and ferments slowly rather than fast and harsh. It's the second stated fiber, dosed at 2.5 g on the label.
| The dose ledger — per daily dose | |
|---|---|
| Partially hydrolyzed guar gum | 5.0 g |
| Acacia fiber | 2.5 g |
| sweeteners, flavors, colors | 0.0 g |
Unlike the “proprietary blends” you’ll find elsewhere, the exact amount of each fiber goes on the label. That’s the idea our name is built on — Requla, from regulate: a steady routine for your gut, and a standard we hold ourselves to.
The first 30 days
Most fiber fails in week one. So we designed week one.
The biggest reason fiber supplements end up abandoned in a cabinet? People start at a full dose, feel awful for a few days, and quit. Gradually working up over several weeks is what the research on fiber tolerability consistently points to, and the 30-day ramp below is built on exactly that: start low, increase gradually, drink water.
Requla Ease-In Method
Your first Requla order is built around the Requla Ease-In Method: a 30-day ramp that starts at a single scoop and adds one more each week, until you reach the full 7.5 g dose. Each stage comes with plain-English guidance. And if a step feels like too much, you drop back to the previous week's amount and stay there until it settles — the point is a routine your gut actually gets to adjust to.
Days 01–07
Start low
One scoop (2.5 g), once daily, with a full glass of water.
Days 08–14
Add a scoop
Two scoops (5 g), as your gut settles in.
Days 15–21
Full dose
Three scoops (7.5 g), the full daily amount.
Days 22–30
Find your rhythm
Anchor your 7.5 g dose to a daily habit, like morning coffee.
The Requla standard
Nothing to hide. Literally.
None of this exists yet. Here's what I'm committing to, in writing, before there's anything to sell.
| Full label disclosure | The exact dose of every ingredient. No proprietary blends, no pixie-dusting. |
| Published third-party testing | Every batch tested by an independent lab for identity, purity, and contaminants — certificate viewable by QR code on the pack. |
| Honest sourcing | Our fibers come from the plants that actually produce them: guar and acacia. Blending and testing will happen in a cGMP-compliant US facility. That's a requirement for any manufacturer we sign, not a preference. |
| Subscription that respects you | Skip, pause, or cancel in one click. We never use hostage tactics. |
Founder note
I’m building this in the open.
Requla is being developed right now, in public. Formulation decisions, manufacturer visits, lab results, packaging drafts, mistakes included — I’m documenting all of it as I go, because a transparency brand should be transparent from day zero.Follow along, and tell me what you'd do differently — early members get a real say in what this becomes.— Dilan

Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 25, 2026
Requla is a dietary supplement brand in development, operating the website www.requla.com. This policy covers what we collect on this site, why, and how to get removed. It's written in plain English on purpose — the same standard we hold for our labels. The short version: we collect your email address because you gave it to us, one optional answer about why you're here, and standard website analytics. We use these to send you waitlist updates and to understand who's visiting. We don't sell your information. You can leave at any time. The longer version follows.
What we collect
Your email address. If you join the waitlist, you type it in yourself. You're on the list as soon as you submit the form, and you can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. One optional question. The signup form asks which best describes you (for example, whether texture is what made you quit fiber before, or getting enough from food is hard right now). Answering is optional. If you answer, we store your response with your email so we can send you content that's actually relevant instead of generic blasts. We treat this answer as sensitive and never share it.Analytics data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand our traffic — things like which country visitors come from, which pages they view, what site or link referred them, and general device information. This uses cookies. It tells us about visits in aggregate; we don't use it to identify you personally.Link tags. Links we post on social media may include tracking tags (the "utm" text you sometimes see in a web address). These tell us which post brought you here. They identify the post, not you. That's the whole list. We don't collect payment information (nothing is for sale yet), and we don't buy data about you from anyone.
How we use it
We use your email to send waitlist updates: development progress, third-party test results when we have them, and launch details. We use your optional answer to decide which of those updates you get. We use analytics to learn which of our content brings people here and whether the site is working. That's it.We will never sell or rent your personal information. If that ever changed, we'd have to rewrite this sentence, and you'd see it.
Who touches your data
We're a small operation, so we use established services to run things. Your data is processed by:

Cookies
This site sets analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them. Our emails also record standard delivery information, such as whether an email was opened.
Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe: every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. It works immediately and we don't ask why.Delete everything: email us at [email protected] and we'll delete your information from our systems — your address, your optional answer, all of it. We'll confirm when it's done.See what we have: ask, and we'll send you a copy of the information we hold about you. (For waitlist members, it's genuinely just the items described above.)Depending on where you live — including US states such as California, and the UK and EU — you may have additional legal rights over your personal information, such as access, correction, and deletion.
